5. Prize

Five (5) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of one professionally produced 60-second video package. Each package includes: one pre-production consultation call; one shoot day of up to four (4) hours at a single location within an eligible county; one (1) edited 60-second video with licensed music, color, and sound. Each package excludes: paid talent or actors; travel outside eligible counties; additional locations or shoot days; drone, studio rental, sets, props, wardrobe, or animation; scripted narration beyond a basic outline; media spend or ad management and vertical cutdowns or alternate versions; and revisions of any kind. Additional services are available at Sponsor's standard rates.

Sponsor will deliver the edited video within thirty (30) calendar days after the shoot day.

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash equivalent or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. Receiving and using the prize requires the winner's participation and time, including a consultation call and a shoot day of up to four hours at the winner's location.

6. Selection of Winners

Winners are selected by a panel of Sponsor's creative team based on the following criteria, each weighted equally: fit of the business for a short-form video format; clarity of the applicant's stated objective for the video; willingness to participate on camera and be featured in Sponsor's marketing; and availability during the production window of October 5 through November 6, 2026. Entries are first screened for eligibility under Section 3; entries that do not meet every eligibility requirement are disqualified and are not scored. Each criterion is scored on a scale of one (1) to five (5) by no fewer than two (2) judges, and the entries with the highest combined scores are selected. Sponsor will retain the completed scoring records for at least twelve (12) months after the announcement date. In the event of a tie, the earlier-submitted entry prevails. Winning is not determined by chance. Chances of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received. Judges' decisions are final and binding.

Sponsor may contact applicants by phone or email during the selection process to verify eligibility and discuss availability. Sponsor reserves the right to award fewer than five prizes if fewer than five entries meet the eligibility and judging criteria.

7. Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email and telephone using the contact information provided in the entry, on or about September 11, 2026. A potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance by 5:00 PM Mountain Time on September 18, 2026. In no event will a potential winner have fewer than three (3) business days from the time of actual notification to respond. Sponsor may require a potential winner to sign a declaration of eligibility and the releases described in Section 8 as a condition of receiving the prize. Failure to respond by the deadline, inability to schedule within the production window, or failure to return required documents will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate. Sponsor may select up to two (2) alternates per forfeited prize, each subject to the same response requirements, after which Sponsor may elect not to award that prize. Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are undeliverable, misdirected, filtered as spam, or not received for reasons outside Sponsor's control. Winners will be publicly announced on Sponsor's Instagram account on or about September 23, 2026.

8. Winner Requirements

Each winner must execute a production agreement, an appearance and location release, and a publicity release, and must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before production begins. The publicity release will require the winner to comply with the FTC Endorsement Guides when posting about the contest or the delivered video, including disclosing that the video was received as a contest prize.

As a condition of the prize, each winner will: provide safe and lawful access to the shoot location and obtain any permission required from the property owner or landlord; obtain a signed appearance release from every individual who appears on camera; confirm that it holds the rights necessary for any logo, product, artwork, signage, music, or other third-party material it asks Sponsor to feature; designate a single point of contact for scheduling and approvals; and confirm a shoot date within the production window of October 5 through November 6, 2026. If a confirmed winner cannot schedule a shoot within that window, Sponsor may reschedule at its discretion or treat the prize as forfeited.

9. Taxes

The value of the prize is taxable income to the winner. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from the prize. No cash or other assistance is provided toward any tax liability. Winners should consult their own tax advisor.

10. Publicity and Content Rights

By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor the right to use the entrant's business name and entry content to administer the contest and to announce winners, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrants who are not selected as winners will not be featured in Sponsor's marketing without their separate consent. Each winner, through the releases described in Section 8, grants Sponsor the perpetual, worldwide right to record, use, and publish the winner's business name, logo, likeness, premises, and the video produced, in Sponsor's marketing, advertising, website, and social media, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Each winner receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered video for the winner's own commercial purposes. Sponsor owns all right, title, and interest, including copyright, in the video, the raw footage, and all outtakes and related materials. The winner's license is non-exclusive and non-transferable, is limited to the winner's own business use, and does not permit the winner to resell or sublicense the video or to authorize its use by any third party.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of participation in the contest or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited. Winners additionally assume production-related risks as described in the signed releases. The prize is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor makes no representation regarding the business results, reach, engagement, or return any winner may obtain from the video. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, and Sponsor's total liability arising out of this contest will not exceed the value of one prize. Each entrant agrees to indemnify Sponsor against any claim arising from the entrant's breach of the representations in Sections 4 and 8. Nothing in these rules limits any liability that cannot be limited under Utah law.

14. General

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate this contest if it cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that affect the administration, security, or integrity of the contest. If the contest is terminated after entries have opened, Sponsor will award the prizes among the eligible entries received up to the time of termination, applying the criteria in Section 6. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for technical failures. Entrants who tamper with the entry process or violate these rules may be disqualified. Void where prohibited.

15. Disputes; Governing Law

All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and these rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
